Melbourne fintech pay.com.au has banked $25 million for a US push, Morgans Corporate leading, with Wilson Asset Management, Thorney Group and Ophir participating, at a pre-money valuation of $633 million.
Enterprise software firm Capsifi has received an $11 million growth investment from the Australian Business Growth Fund, its first for 2022, to fund international expansion, with the fund's earlier backing of two other startups also recalled.
