Swoop descends on Anycast and DCSI in dual acquisition
Network provider Swoop, formerly Cirrus Communications, has agreed to acquire Anycast Networks and ISP DCSI, gaining assets, staff and customers. Its earlier capital raising counted Minderoo, James Spenceley and Tony Grist as investors.
