CSIRO backs vegan 'milk' startup in $4 million project to brew fake dairy
Fermentation-based dairy startup Eden Brew launches with A$4 million from CSIRO, its venture fund Main Sequence, and dairy co-operative Norco, targeting its first animal-free milk product on shelves within 18 months.
