Metso Outotec acquires Davies Wear Plate Systems
Perth wear monitoring firm Davies Wear Plate Systems has been acquired by Finnish company Metso Outotec for an undisclosed sum; the startup earlier received a federal Accelerating Commercialisation grant and counts Rio Tinto, BHP and FMG among clients.
