Brookfield Asset Management To Acquire Reliance Worldwide In US$2.8 Bln Deal
Brookfield Asset Management has agreed to buy ASX-listed plumbing and heating maker Reliance Worldwide in an all-cash deal valuing the business at roughly US$2.8 billion, with completion expected in early 2027 pending approvals.
